The Client and Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for
ensuring the successful coordination and support of a variety of business activities from front desk reception! You will have the opportunity to create a welcoming and professional environment for diverse associates, customers, internal visitors, auditors, sales support, and more.

This position reports to the Facilities Director and is part of the Facilities team located in Vancouver, BC. This is an onsite role.

What you'll do:

  • Liase directly with our associates, customers, internal visitors, etc to coordinate and support a variety of business activities and manage space utilization effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our site services and amenities.
  • Contribute to standard work, daily management and adhere to quality and safety requirements including audits, our emergency response program and the Joint Health and Safety Committee.

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming and efficient office environment.
  • Digital literacy skills, proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel.
  • Highly capable of developing and tracking office inventory and supporting budget management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience producing clear meeting minutes, action items and presentation formatting.
  • Experience with audits / working in a regulated industry.

The salary range for this role is $57,000 to $72,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
