Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting real estate sales efforts by managing leads, assisting with events, coordinating logistics, and providing outstanding service to potential buyers and key stakeholders. Essential Job Functions
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Organizational Support:
• Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Track inquiries and manage lead data, including buyer preferences, location, and communication history.
• Assist with lead generation and management, including emailing potential leads, following up, entering data into a CRM system, and preparing detailed memos on potential buyers.
• Submit invoices and monitor expenses and reimbursements.
• Routinely review and proofread public-facing documents (e.g., brand books, pricing plans) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver various materials to key locations (e.g., ensuring all entities are stocked with brand books).
Event Planning & Coordination:
• Assist with planning events tailored to different demographics, including realtors, potential buyers, large groups, and staff.
• Organize events in Revelstoke as well as out-of-town and international events, including managing invitations, vendor selection, flight arrangements, and hotel bookings.
• Coordinate food and beverage orders for various stakeholders, including selecting vendors, placing orders, handling payments, and picking up items as needed.
• Help stock necessary items for the Discovery Centre (e.g., soft drinks, alcohol, toiletries, etc.).
Sales & Client Engagement:
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating site visits.
• Take potential buyers on site tours around Revelstoke, showcasing future neighborhoods, amenities, and resort facilities.
• Assist with presentations at the Discovery Centre, the resort, and other locations as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
Marketing & Partnership Support:
• Regularly monitor website landing pages to ensure information and images are up to date, coordinating edits with the appropriate team members.
• Help identify and secure key partnerships, including vehicle dealerships, vendors, and equipment rental providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptionally organized with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Unparalleled customer service skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other similar applications.
• Experience tracking and managing data, preferably within a CRM system.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Revelstoke Mountain Resort is an asset but not required.

Experience & Education:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a resort setting (real estate, hospitality, tourism, or a related field).
• No specific education is required, but relevant experience in real estate, events, or sales is preferred.
