The ideal Administrative Assistant is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Skyline Dental believes that that treatment plans should be all-encompassing and include care, safety, esthetics and function. Dr. Rahmany values making dentistry personable and feels that patient care and comfort, along with effective communication are the most important parts of the treatment process.

SCHEDULE:

  • 4 Days of the week, no evenings or weekends
  • 32 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • minimum 1 year of experience is required as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
