We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatch & Office Support Specialist. This role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, with no prior experience in accounting or project coordination needed. Ideal for a mid-entry level candidate with a sharp mind, the position offers a unique opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities include scheduling, managing phone lines as the primary contact, overseeing the Aftercare inbox, and maintaining BuildOps scheduling systems. Comprehensive support will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process and gradual exposure to responsibilities.

    As a full-time employee, you participate in the following programs through a monthly payroll deduction. You are eligible for these benefits as long as you are employed with us.

    • Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Life insurance up to $350,000 up to age 65; then up to $175,000 up to age 70.
      Life insurance for your spouse $10,000 and $5,000 for each child up to your 70th birthday.
    • Short-Term Disability up to $700 per week for a maximum of 26 weeks
    • Long-Term Disability up to $6,000 per month up to age 65.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Strong work ethic and excellent customer facing skills.
    • Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with clients and team members.
    • Match client's needs with the appropriate technician for each service/warranty appointment.
    • Schedule and track all warranty/custom services technicians, ensuring reports completed and work orders marked as ready for invoicing, parts on order, or return required.
    • Provide accurate details to assigned technicians is provided to ensure they have what they need what they might need is with them
    • Strong record keeping with administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues or forward them to management

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 2 years + experience in customer service and/or dispatch roles
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
