The assistant office manager will be working directly with the office manager on all aspects of business and business development. SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 3 years of dental experience is a must, including experience with Dentrix
  • Administration and leadership experience would also be a great benefit, but not a must
  • Experience with iTero, Cerec and Invisalign would be a great asset though not required
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is required
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
