Title: Administrative Professional (Temporary)

Type: Temporary Full-time

Number of roles: 15

Salary: $21.18 / hr

Shift:4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off. Day shift: 0600-1600, Night shift: 1600-0200

Overview:

Allied Universal is currently seeking Administrative Professionals for a temporary position that will span 6-10 weeks at one of our industrial sites located 20 minutes north of Fort Saskatchewan. This full-time role will support a major maintenance shutdown event at the site. This is an excellent chance to be part of a meaningful project in a fast-paced work setting. Responsibilities:

• Onboard new employees, issue site access IDs, and handle required documentation.
• Follow radio communication guidelines and emergency phone protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures.
• Skilled in using intermediate computer functions to manage advanced wireless technology at client-specific sites and perform necessary data entry.
• Regularly prepare clear, written reports and logs.
• Monitor and address inquiries in a secure inbox.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts.

Requirements:

• Must comply with the site's clean-shave policy due to Health and Safety compliance
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and resolve issues proactively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
