Our growing south-side ortho practice Towne Square Orthodontics located in Southwest Edmonton is looking to welcome an additional Dental Administrator to complete our admin team and join our fun and dynamic practice.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, answering phone calls and handling inquiries, processing correspondence and referral letters, and effectively scheduling patient appointments. They will also ensure an accurate patient database, policy implementation, complete contracts, handle financials and A/R, and support the admin team ensuring efficient daily operations, as well as handle patient relations. You will inspire and bring out the best in your team mates to ensure a healthy and positive culture is maintained. SCHEDULE:

  • Approximately 33 hours per week
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 7:45am-4:30pm

KEY QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Dental Receptionist/Dental Administrator
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program or a clinical assistant background is considered an asset
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with a dental practice management software, we use Tops Ortho
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
  • Positive, friendly, outgoing people person
  • Customer service mindset
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Team Player
  • Organized, flexible, professional, and detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize and work in a busy, fast paced environment
