Students & Campus Life is looking for a full time Academic Integrity Operations Administrative Assistant to support the ongoing operational administrative academic integrity work. Reporting to the Academic Integrity Liaison, this position will be the first point of contact for the Academic Integrity Liaison with internal and external individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicates and participates as a team with School Leadership, other Operations Administrative Assistants, members of the BIC, and NAIT wide faculty, to ensure quality and consistent processes for the Academic Integrity and Transfer Credit functions in the department.

Skills & Abilities:
The successful candidates will have exceptional analytical and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to balance priorities and take initiative; and the ability to exercise tact and discretion.
Knowledge of MS Office suite is essential; strength in the use of Excel is strongly desired.
Expert level knowledge of computerized applications systems, (i.e. PeopleSoft, IWAS) is required.
An understanding of and prior experience with post-secondary academic integrity procedures and resources would be an asset.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent and Office Administration Certificate.
3-5 years of progressively responsible office experience.
Equivalencies may be considered.
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
Remuneration: $48,257.04 - $62,451.48 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (Classification - Administrative Support V).
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
