This position provides administrative and/or special project support for the Director of Facilities.
• Creates and/or updates various WORD and Excel documents including spreadsheets and/or databases.
• Gathers information to update operational and position manuals.
• Assists with auditing and updating various systems and documents such as key audits, inspection audits.
• Attends meetings, as required.
Performs other related duties that interface with program needs and the mission of The Salvation Army Community Services (Calgary), as assigned by the Director of Facilities
